InitialsI understand that a valid resale certificate or other required documentation must be approved before tax-exempt purchases are permitted. InitialsI agree to resell Lighthouse Candle Factory products in a manner that protects the company’s brand, product presentation, and reputation. InitialsI will not alter, relabel, repackage, dilute, or otherwise modify Lighthouse Candle Factory products without prior written authorization. InitialsI understand that I may choose my retail price at or above Lighthouse Candle Factory’s suggested retail price, but may not advertise, offer, or sell LHCF products below that suggested retail price—including during my own sales, promotions, or closeouts—without prior written authorization from LHCF, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Temporary promotional pricing offered directly by LHCF does not change the suggested retail price or automatically authorize me to match that promotional price. InitialsI understand that wholesale pricing, minimums, product availability, payment requirements, shipping charges, and other program terms may change and will be communicated separately.
